Żurawiniec I

Żurawiniec 1 is a housing estate which is located next to the Żurawiniec nature reserve – the lungs of northern Poznań. The houses are characterised by classical architecture modelled on English housing estates. Each of 247 flats constitutes a harmonious combination of security, comfort and prestige. Most flats have gardens, grand terraces and living rooms with fire places. Designers have also remembered to include utility rooms, dressing rooms and in some flats also saunas. In the central part of the housing estate there is an underground car park.
