The total area of the building is 7,310 square metres, the number of flats is 96 and 8 commercial premises. The project was under construction in 2005-2006.

The Zielona Podkowa residential complex is made up of 5 units which, in the plan of the building, form the shape of letter U. Units A, B, D and E have three floors whereas in unit C on the third and fourth floors there are split-level 5 and 6-roomed flats. Below units A, B, C, on the basement level, there is an underground garage. On the ground floor there are commercial premises which can be entered only from Naramowicka Street. In the whole complex there are 98 mostly 1-2-roomed flats. The area of the flats ranges from 26 to 195 square metres.
