Lubczykowa Góra

An estate of single-family houses, Lubczykowa Góra (Lubczykowa Mountain) in the area of Radojewo, Jaśkowiaka and Łopianowa streets.

The types of buildings:
- I stage: ground-floor semi-detached single-family houses and 4-family houses
- II stage: one-floor four-family houses with large terraces on the first floor
- III stage: luxurious semi-detached and detached houses designed in the style of an old Polish manor house

The total area of houses is 14,000 square metres, the number of houses is 120. The project was under construction in 1994-2000.

The housing estate is beautifully integrated into the surrounding hilly and full of greenery landscape. It is situated on the northern outskirts of Poznań in the proximity of the Warta River and not developed areas surrounding Morasko and Radojewo.
