A complex of 10 multi-family buildings is situated on a north-south axis in Błażeja street. The planned housing estate borders on the completed housing estates of Żurawiniec 1 in the west and Zurawiniec 2 in the east.
Separate, four-storey multi-family buildings with garages on the –1 level, external terraces, balconies and gardens attached to the first-floor flats.
The buildings house 9-11 flats with areas ranging from 52 to 165 square metres which are generally entered from the shared stairwell. However, some first-floor flats have their own separate entrances.
The building is equipped with a lift which goes down to the garage level.
All the flats are prepared for installing air-conditioning, electrically-controlled roller shutters and alarm system.
The premises have been designed according to a traditional masonry technology. They are built of clay masonry units insulated with Styrofoam according to a light wet method. The exterior of the buildings will be finished with thin-coat structural plaster, wooden cladding and panels imitating bare concrete according to a STO technology.
