Triangulum

A multi-family four-floor (five-storey) building includes 61 flats and 4 commercial premises which are located on the ground floor. It is designed in the shape of triangle with an internal courtyard created by an opening in its southern side.

The building is divided into 3 stairwells, it has lifts and a garage complex on the basement level.
The building is entered from Bolka street through an estate road which leads to parking spaces and garages on the –1 level.

It has been planned to plant trees along the boundary of the property and from the north there will be a green openwork terrace covering the entry way to the garage. All this will be completed with low and potted plants.

The basement walls are built of concrete or reinforced concrete units. The walls above the ground are made of calcium-silicate blocks and cellular concrete and additionally they are insulated with Styrofoam and finished with thin-coat stucco.

The building is covered with a flat ventilated roof on the frame made of channel stabs. The window joinery is made of PVC. The entrance doors are made of aluminium profiles.
